Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about enrollment, courses, and financial aid at ICBAS.
Do you offer financial aid or installment programs?
Yes, we do! ICBAS is fully approved by the U.S. Department of Education to offer Title IV financial aid, including the Direct Loan Program, Federal Pell Grants, and Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG) to those who qualify. If you aren't eligible for federal aid, we also offer flexible, interest-free installment plans. Discover all your options on our Financial Aid page.
Are course materials (books, kit, uniform, etc.) included in the cost of the program?
Absolutely. Our comprehensive program pricing covers everything you need to succeed from day one. This includes your professional student kit (books, online access, uniform, Course kit, badge) and all applicable taxes.
Will you help me find a job after I graduate?
Your success is our priority. We provide robust career placement assistance to all graduates. From resume building and interview prep to connecting you with our network of local salons and spas, we're here to support your transition into the beauty industry. Learn more on our About Us page.
Do you provide housing?
We do not offer on-campus housing or dormitory facilities.
What if I move to another state before finishing my course?
Because licensing requirements vary by state, the ability to transfer your training hours depends on the specific regulations of your destination state. You will need to inquire directly with the state you are moving to in order to understand their specific reciprocity and hour-transfer policies.
What language do you teach in?
To ensure consistency and prepare you for the State Board exams, all of our curriculum—including lectures, online modules, and practical floor instruction—is conducted entirely in English.
How many students are in each class?
To ensure personalized attention and optimal learning conditions, we strictly cap our class sizes at 30 students. This adheres to the regulations set by the State Board of California and allows our expert instructors to provide hands-on guidance to every single student.
