Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the icbas.edu website and the student salon booking services operated by International College of Beauty Arts & Sciences ("ICBAS", "us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Student Salon Services

Our student salon operates as an educational environment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All services are performed by supervised students in training.
• Service times may take longer than a traditional commercial salon.
• Results cannot be guaranteed, although all work is strictly monitored by licensed professionals.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Booking and Payments

When you book a service through our integrated Stripe checkout portal, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

4. Cancellation Policy for the Salon

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your salon appointment. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in the inability to book future services.

5. Notifications and Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, receipts, and related administrative communications via SMS and Email processed through our communications partners (Twilio and Resend). Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ICBAS and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ICBAS.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ICBAS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
